I’ve had a long journey with running. My passion for this sport began when I joined cross-country in grade 6, and ever since then, I haven’t been able to stop!
I continued my running through out high school cross-country and university and up until today.
I can’t imagine a life where running was not a major part of who I am and how I handle my days. It has been my outlet, my partner in health, my worst enemy and my best friend. In the end of it all, it is has been one of the biggest influencers in my level of happiness and I am so thankful that I even have the ability to do so!
Needless to say, running has set the foundation and tone in my life to live a healthy life in every single way that I can. That includes all things that ensure a healthy body, mind and soul.
