I need your help!

Hello beautiful people 🙂

I’m looking into beginning a new fitness regime and am intrigued by Jamie Eason’s 3-phase workout plan. 


This plan revolves around 3 phases, each 4 weeks, totalling 3 months long.

I’m wondering who out there has tried this program? 

If you have tried it what did you think?

I am considering beginning this program and posting my reviews and thoughts on the program along the way!

  1. I’ve had a few clients tell me about this program. One thing I’d comment on: a big part of her program is carb-cutting and carb-cycling. Personally, I’d recommend low-ish to moderate carb intake sustained through the entire program. With the intensity of the workouts, very low carb intake can be more damage than anything else. And once you stop cutting carbs, most people actually tend to gain more weight back than they originally started with (about 5 pounds more on average). Hope this helps and good luck!


    1. Wow that’s actually such an informative response! Thank you soo much. I’m definitely not one for carb cycling and limiting so it’s good to know that’s a big piece of one of the phases. I’ll probably look into using it as a guideline and modifying it to fit my lifestyle a bit better.

  2. I started the LiveFit program in August of last year (finished November-ish), and I really liked it. I did not follow the nutrition program at all, but I did try to eat more healthfully (I have a very persuasive sweet tooth) and focus on getting enough protein which is something that, as a vegetarian, can be problematic. I was a novice when it came to weightlifting and I really liked having the instructional videos to watch; it is also very nice to not have to plan a workout- it is just waiting in your inbox, ready to go. I give the LiveFit two, very muscular, thumbs up.

I’m liking what I’ve heard about the program so far and think I’ll be giving it a try – but like you will likely stick to my own personal eating plan because I find it to be healthy already and I know what works for my body!
